Previsia revolutionizes risk assessment and prevention!

Faced with the growing challenges of industrial and environmental risk management, insurance companies, brokers, businesses and local authorities need reliable, innovative solutions.

After more than two years working under the radar with trusted partners(Groupama, Amlin, Diot-Siaci, Verspiren...), Previsia is developing a novel approach to improving risk assessment and management. Thanks to high-performance digital tools and a team of experts, this French start-up helps insurers, brokers and entrepreneurs to better understand, control and prevent their risks (environmental, fire, theft, vandalism...).

Today, Previsia is a risk assessment application, an environmental risk mapping platform and a team of prevention experts.

A shared passion for innovation and resilience 

In 2020, David Salom and Hélie Brouchet met around a joint project dedicated to operational excellence, process and risk modeling. With their complementary backgrounds - David, a former material physicist and industry director, and Hélie, a graduate of HEC Paris, investment banks and audit firms - they share a common vision: to revolutionize risk identification and prevention through new technologies. They are particularly sensitive to the democratization of expert tools.

This ambition gave rise to Previsia, which applied the methodologies of operational excellence to the small and middle market, developing an innovative approach to risk assessment. They quickly designed a risk visit application, automating a large part of the workflow and simplifying the analysis of corporate vulnerabilities. Within the first few months, their solution won over brokers, insurers and major groups, resulting in several hundred visits.

Today, David and Hélie have surrounded themselves with a team of some fifteen experts specializing in risk prevention, hydrology and environmental risks, IT development and data science. 

A strong ambition for the insurance sector 

Previsia structures and computerizes prevention data, and aims to train and optimize the decisions of risk professionals thanks to its educational and expert tools.

These results have not been without their challenges, but Previsia has already been able to help many of its customers and partners to better assess and optimize their risk management processes in order to preserve their insurability. Previsia has already carried out more than 500 visits on behalf of brokers and insurers, and its order book is already full for 2025: more than 500 new visits are planned and numerous requests for subscription to its application, for teams of preventionists or sales representatives.
